A Maple tree, resigned to the wood-chipper is saved from a small Scottish village, one of it's branches becomes this piece. Atop it's slender frame, a Pine-wood button - respectfully harvested from near the historic village of Farnell, an area steeped in Pictish history, lending this piece a little bit of the heart of the long-gone Celtic tribe.
